More gentle, warm dragon hugs, IsabellaLinton. I am a lot less shaky and twitchy now that my lithium dose has been reduced. I had a recurrence of my depression last night, so we're waiting to get me completely off of it until we know if that was just a one-off or if it's possibly tied to lowering my lithium.

I'm at a zero right now, perfectly neutral. I seem to have reverted to I-don't-care-one-way-or-another-about-much-of-anything-anymore mode.

I've been wanting to point out that you don't seem as depressed since you were in hospital. I really hope the regimen is working for you and will continue to help when you stop the Lithium. Having a bad night could possibly be a one-off.

Fingers crossed.

Hugs to your dragons and your demons.

^^^one of the universal laws is "like begets like - that which you dwell upon only amplifies.." what that means is that the more you think "this sucks big wind!" the more big sucking wind one will end up with. what this means in a practical metaphysical sense, is that one can't allow oneself to dwell on one's own pain. one must distract oneself or disenthrall oneself from it, anyway one can. otherwise it is a vicious circle around the drain. it took me decades to learn this.

Yeah, even last night I was much less depressed than I was just before I went to the hospital. Although I suspect my I-don't-care attitude I've taken recently is related to the depression. But we're just giving me an extra week or so on the 150mg of lithium and if I don't have any repeat incidences, then we'll drop it completely. If it is more than just a one-off, we'll talk to my psychiatrist and decide what to do from there.

Dear God -- keep my mom, her companions and those who aide her safe.
Dear God -- have my sister, her allies and her affiliation come through their duty unscathed.

Dear God -- don't let this village befall into fear and temptation.

Dear God -- wash away this world's anxieties away, and guide those who would listen.
Dear God -- let love and compassion win.

That's what I'm currently 'feeling' right now.
Feelings beyond my 'usual' that is.

It finally happened: my governor issued a statewide "stay at home" order, which is effect tomorrow.

It's going to be weird under quarantine.

3.0

Kansas is under a stay at home order effective Tuesday. I'll be doing most of my job from home.

I'm already feeling restless and it's just the weekend. I haven't gone anywhere. I'm stressed out but less so than I thought I would be from staying home. Maybe staying home more will be good for me.

I can't do my job from home, so it's just an unpaid vacation. I hope your time away but not off does some good.

About a 5 I think.
More discomfort than pain mostly, but I need to b!tch about the pain in my ribs, its increasing and that's wearing me down, how can ribs cause such pain.
The fever I can handle, the shortness of breath and tiredness is frustrating but the pains in my rib bones is like being winded. Grrr

-3 I'm not sure if it's a cold, allergies, my medication messing with me, or some combination thereof, but I feel exhausted, feverish, stuffy, and nauseated, and I have a headache and a sore throat. No cough and neither the headache or the fever are that bad, though, so I highly doubt I have COVID-19.
