I care, and I’m sorry I’m so bad at showing it or actually doing/saying anything that might be helpful, it’s entirely due to my social ineptitude and not because I don’t actually care or want you to be happy or anything.

Yesterday was a +10 after an amazing new bench press record, but today flipped 180 into a -10.

I got punched in the eye by a gang in Minneapolis, got knocked out, and suffered a brutal black eye
