Even if im in the rock bottom im unable to take it seriously or make a move.

Days are going by and i can actually accomplish very little.

I had goals for this year but it's already march, april and so on.

Im trying to get out of inertia but i do things slow paced, like doing things in a long time and losing focus.

Do you have adhd diagnosed or have you thought that perhaps you might struggle with executive function?

I don't think it would be that. I noticed people who suffer from that are ones who are highly dependant on family and are "low achievers" because they refuse to engage in anything that pushes them.

Sounds more like a lack of motivation caused by how draining autism can be.

Around 11 years ago i got diagnosed with adhd and used meds. Not really made any progress. Now, i dont take any.

It's been so long since i did something with full concentration

Could you have anxiety and/or depression? Ritalin, Prozac or similar meds might help.
