I feel like back in the days when I used to post rants about issues on social media like Facebook I'm worried it got everyone thinking I'm "depressed" or something when I've never had depression, yes I have had down moments but I've never had a depressive mental health condition. I feel like I've served people at work who I've recognised from social media that I've messaged to and don't know well or not at all and thinking I get strange looks. I then feel really bad and awkward and don't even feel like serving some of them sometimes.
