Im so anxious about going to my aspergers group therapy. Im mainly anxoius about the ride up there. Its about getting in a car accident. Can anybody help me with my anxiety?

Hi, I drive and white-knuckle even as a passenger..I cannot drive on highways, I will take the country drive route..We have a cabin down south that takes 2 + hrs. to get there, so I take plenty of reading material, listen to my headphones with Rush playing, sit in the back seat so I don't have to look, try to remain calm amid the anxiety within me... Good luck to you , are you a driver or a passenger? If you must drive, leave early enough that you will arrive on time with no issues...Peace...

Im a passanger. I hate highways to. Everytime we meet a semi on the highway I can feel my stomach jump up to my throat!
