I didn't go but I observed the minute's silence.

I think next year I may go to the Cenotaph in my local village.

What did everyone else do?

I observed the minute's silence
after that I went to the cemetery to visit the graves of Albert Jacka (Victoria cross) and Sir John Monash (military leader).

might go to the service next year at the shrine of remembrance.

I saw a bunch of vintage WW2 airplanes flying on Sunday.

I put up the flag at sunrise, went to work and shook hands with all the other veterans I know and thanked them for their service, went out to a Remembrance dinner with the Missus, and took down the flag just after sunset.

I was in the shopping centre and everyone stopped on the eleventh hour in the middle of the shopping centre to observe the minute silence.
