Probably the place I REALLY hated them most was when I worked for EMS systems.
I'd be sitting on the potty and the encoder (the machine that would SCREAM when we got a call) would go off... "EMS 6, respond to a traffic accident at _______!".
I HATE having to quit doing my stuff all-of-a-sudden like that.
If more people would just time their emergencies to my bowel movements, I would be a much happier person

Problem is, it's been a LONG time since I've worn any and I don't remember what it was like when I did.
Plus the fact that I apparently had someone else to take care of them for me (snobbish little British baby... couldn't be bothered to deal with my own
), but I certainly don't have anyone who will do it now.
Also, by the looks of the diapers I see on some of the adult patients that come through here, I wouldn't want to wear them... yuck
Seems like nice soft cotton nappies would be best!

As for defecation, has anyone else put off the urge for so long that you get a cramp up your ass and then it's horribly uncomfortable just to walk to the bathroom?
