I just finished making a soft taco bake using one of those Old El Paso kits It's basically lasagna with a taco theme, but it's good. :chef:

Opened a can of sockeye and mixed some olive oil, mayo, black pepper & tumeric. Dipping jalapeño lime tortilla chips in it. :)

Hand made corn tortilla with spicy beans for filling.
Green beans for later on with sesame oil ,soy sauce and garlic.

Cooked up a couple onions w/ some chorizo sausage in beer with salt & pepper for a late dinner last night. Haven't decided what I might make today yet.

I made parmigiana meatballs this morning and put them in the slow cooker with tomato sauce, red wine, onions, herbs and grated cheese on top.

Made a cheeseburger with some frozen Checkers seasoned fries for dinner tonight. Burger also had onions, relish, and Hidden Valley Ranch secret sauce on it.

Chicken, green beans, and a carrot again. Waited til late and was hungry and unimaginative so threw the same things in a pan again.

Bought quite a lot of veggies yesterday for a pretty good price so gonna eat veggies veggies veggies so none go to waste.
