You lived in the shire , 8O I love on that show they play that song "I've got all the dumb things" at the intro. That show was so vile yet like a car crash

People still call each other wog 8O , what is this 1965 ?

i did  for ten years of my life i lived in this liberal voting, cultureless hole. i had the sense to move. and yep only in the shire will you find the mentality of people from 1965 still thriving in the 21century. the only difference now is that the wogs arent just the polish, italians and greeks- its the arabs too.

that song is very appropriate for the show. wait you watch the shire? 8O

I don't think this is the appropriate place to post how people recognize me

Real answer: I wouldn't divulge that information, lest I be recognized by everyone.

Yes. even though their actors people cant be that awful in real life can they :? (I used to live in a similar area I think they call them cubs = cashed up bogans )* reminds me that I'm not a total complete emotionless freak as it invokes emotions that i thought where not their, :D (I need to take a shower  ) so I think thats why I "like" the show it reminds me that I'm, still human. :D

*Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear fame once said America 250 million w*kers in a country where their is no word for w*ker , I think you could mix it up and say Australia 15 million chavs in a country with no word for chav! JC surprises me he eliminates the children from the figures as I suspect he would be the type of guy who would call a child a w*ker  that and he used that quote to describe the Hummer (the car of choice for the bogan going to the logies or a formal) which is surprising as single handily that car is melting the ice caps , I would have thought he would be singing it's praises since his so found of bear (polar) baiting the lentil eaters , :D

I guess even he has his limits. 8O

PS I used to live in a = area so I cry with you . I used to be called wog to even though I'm Swiss

I'm not sure...... as my brother's sister? A deeply thoughtful, nonconformist person?

So...we've got a pocket watch, ridiculous hair, funky hats, headphones, tie dye and books. Let it be said that we are awesome!

About the wog thing...I'm an Aussie and I don't recall it ever being said within my hearing range where I live. That being said, we aren't really all that multicultural here. When I have heard it said though, it's usually because the person saying isn't intelligent enough to ask 'What nationality do you identify as?' or 'what country are your ancestors from?' and not to be offensive. Maybe the people I talk to are just above all that nonsense.

I'm an Australian whose ancestry dates back to the convicts and indigenous people. I try to be accepting. It does irritate me when someone in my family assumes that because a person has an Asian, European, Arab or *insert race here* appearance that they aren't Australian. Just because you've got dark skin or almond shaped eyes doesn't mean you weren't born here.

People recognize me for my long hair, being my sibling's sister, being the quiet weird girl.

People recognize me by my brown hair, hazel green eyes my height my slight hunching whenever I walk followed by my personality. I recognize the rest of the world like Sado from Welcome to the NHK and I am pretty sure my personality fits it as well most people probably see me like this as well.

Generally, as the near-mute boffin who seems to be constantly off in thought.
