It's entertainment, nothing more. It's what we do when we're really bored. :D

I do some of the counting games, movie and television games, word games, etc. Why? It calms my anxiety. I find the posting of these games as lacking anxiety. The clicking of the submit button and the repetition of going through the same games as soothing and calming. It becomes a routine that helps me. I think many of us need that. I like the patterns in the numbers. I hope that makes sense.

Does having a high post count impress anyone?

If you post alot- it causes me to cross paths with you alot on WP- and causes me to be aware of you as a person. But I dont look at the number of the person's posts and assign status to the person because its a big number like its a score board. Does anyone actually do that?

Yes and yes.

Go figure!

To Fractured Rocket: But thats the point. The question is why is something that boring entertaining?

To: Glider18: That makes sense. If you're anxiety ridden- I could see how just adding digits might be relaxing.
