This film pretty much had no plot, and it bored the crap out of me.

If your name is "Pedro", and you hate your name (like I do), that movie makes it worse.

C'mon, I liked Avatar...back when it was an animated Disney movie called Pocahontas.

Twilight (no explanation needed), Lord of the Rings (I don't really hate it as such, but it's just never interested me in the slightest), pretty much every Disney movie (some of them actually scared me when I was little, the others are boring sappy crap), Juno (it was boring and the dialogue was often plain stupid, homedoodle), every single romcom (the plots are all identical and, like the Disney films, they're sappy crap), and Star Wars (for the same reason as Lord of the Rings).

There's probably more but those are all I can remember right now.

The critics loved Magnolia but I found it tedious and confusing. A bunch of miserable people who are redeemed somehow by raining frogs.

Here is an overrated film that relies on shock value:

Martyrs

It is a French film that has been called twisted, sick, perfect, beautiful, educative, etc, etc, etc, but it is a sick, twisted pile of crap that makes Saw and Hellraiser look like Disney films.

Requiem for a dream - people feel moved, but I can't feel anything. I've read a book, it was ok, but there's no sympathy/empathy in me.

Avatar - similar to Pocahontas, no feelings in me. I don't see 3D, so I was resistant to visual effects. I was only interested in Na'vi language.

The Three Colours Trilogy - about feelings and emotions.

Generally I can't cry, sympathize or feel moved while watching a movie.

I don't get what everybody has against Avatar in particular. I think the graphics were well done, and there are a hell of a lot of films out there with predictable storylines or similar plots which most people rate as excellent.

As for me, my most hated film EVER is Titanic. And Celine Dion's song for it is horrendous.

Next is "The Hours". The title explains it all.

OMG, Titanic! I remember when I was in the cinema on it. People were crying and I was getting mad, because I wanted to see how it sinks. I had to wait about 2 hours!

King's Speech is ok. I have speech defects too, so it was nice to see someone else with it.

I adamantly refuse to ever see the movie Titanic. I heard way too much about how good it was. I cant stand that song, we played it in band in high school. Also, I get it. The boat sinks.

Speaking of boats sinking, I distinctly recall the movie Pearl Harbor being horrible. I never was a big fan of the American Pie movies either.

I hated As Good as It Gets and The Kids Are All Right. They are about the worst 2 movies I have ever seen.
