So far all I did was pour coffee and eat a few cookies and Aussie bites from Costco. Might not bother cooking anything - especially if my late starting job is finally ready for me to go do. I'll just eat some Aussie bites (little dense muffin like things) & drink water and do the work.

A roast chicken dinner, homemade rolls, and chocolate cake for dessert. It’s my son’s birthday.

I haven't cooked anything yet except for a cup of tea in the microwave. But yesterday I decided to make meatball subs with the leftover spaghetti and meatball sauce in my fridge. I used Italian-style sausage buns, added mozzarella cheese and toasted them in the oven. But the sauce made the bread too soft and mushy, which kind of grossed me out.

I just put some butternut squash in the microwave to precook it before I season it and roast it in the air fryer

As of now nothing, other than pouring out a bowl of total Cereal and making toast. Later I plan to make fry up some veggie burgers and make french fries.

For breakfast i made tomato scrambled eggs.
I fried some chopped cherry tomatoes, garlic, dried basil and oregano, black pepper and salt in olive oil till the garlic was cooked and the herbs were fragrant. Then i added eggs and scrambled everything together.
Served on toasted sourdough with avocado on top. :D
