Pretty smart Dill ….. best they don’t visually associate you with the wild life cameras even on your own property .
Best to leave them believe they are safe. If they are doing head rotations ,while backtracking , then they maybe onto the idea someone maybe watching them ?

Managed to get up today .. in spite of great deal of pain , which after a hour was able to overcome it . By situating leg so swelling went down . Before getting up . It’s a brain teaser how this knee seems to go in and out of joint .

^^^you have loose tendons/ligaments, and possibly a meniscus tear. the longer you wait for definitive treatment, likely greater damage will occur. i hope you can get this fixed soon. ouch. reminds me of my hip.

Dug out some of the creek since it's dry in places now.
Pulled out weeds
Burnt weeds
Dug ditches
Filled in holes
Sweated bucketloads
Got tonguelashed for weeding the wilderness

checked to ensure rent was paid
crown popped off, have to deal with finding a dentist or wait a couple of months?
ate some dark velvety chocolate
showered
arranged for a mail delivery
added a new bird to the list, Ladder-backed woodpecker. I might have previously identified but forgot to check it.

Regular old dealers really wouldn't care too much about these things and would just drive to the guy's house IMO (no law enforcement out here either). Not undercover, as they'd behave like regular dealers. So, good old bad cops/similar since they care so much about being seen, at least one with likely .mil training, and they have a lot to lose if they're caught out. Which would make them the most dangerous/annoying, but that's alright since I know this now; they'll be fine if they're left alone. I was never around these types as a kid, so they stand out to me, and I've seen the same looking people elsewhere. They have that regular routine look rather than living to a more chaotic life of dealers. Fit, clean-cut and 30s.

I achieved the feat of removing the trail cameras early this morning since that risk is too much if they're spotted (due to who these guys are), as it'd be obvious why they're there. Nothing I can do here but observe, which is fine with me. I'll probably avoid taking photos/carrying a camera too. I'm a bit...smarter now that I'm an old man.

I've needed to make a to-do list since Christmas, but I was sick and never came out of shutdown. I couldn't even find the energy / interest to pick up a pen. Today I finally started a list. It's 42 items so far. I know there's about 100 more things I need to do, but that was enough brainstorming for now.

I managed to do 2/42 things so far, in the past eight hours.

It's a start, right?

I got started on washing my car, which is covered with dirty pine sap. Well, yes. I live in the woods with no garage…

I hate this car, but am stuck with it for financial reasons.

Sap won’t come off with soap and water. Back inside researching what to use. Rubbing alcohol. Still took some elbow grease, but got the hood done. Whew!

I have 5 top priority things i need to do since beginning of year....I've done 1/5.

In past, I've brainstormed hundreds of things, many are just ideas, some are urgent, many are never done,or followed up. 50/50 chance really.

Last year , I listened to some Tony Robbins (yeah.... :| the guy with acromegaly. ) I think he recommends amongst many things, sorting into 6months, 1 yer, 3 yr, 5yr, 10 yr.

Prioritizing. Along immediate, midrange, long term goals. This would be all very well and good, (and maybe even useful!) if I didn't have pathological procrastination tendencies.

My list has a few small things, like writing emails or booking appointments.
Some of it is basic cleaning or home maintenance (ongoing, but necessary).
The bigger things take a few hours each.
Nothing is really long range at this point. I can't think long range.

Normally I use a day planner with calendars, as well as my phone calendar.
I usually plot things really carefully, by priority and timeline, with a bit of multitasking.
My new 2022 day planner has just one appointment scribbled in since New Year 8)

I'm so far behind I made a big mindmap on blank paper, instead of using calendars
I'm just crossing things off as I do them.
I think I'm up to three now - but didn't even cross off the last thing.
I don't want to turn on a light to look at the list, so I'm trying to go by memory.
I don't have the energy to prioritise anything.
Maybe later on if I get my brain working again.

I can't do anything during daylight because of sensory.
By nightfall, I'm too tired.

Maybe this is long Covid.
I have no clue why I'm so dysfunctional. It's the worst it's ever been.

I've made mindmaps. On computer. Also made one on paper. I am familiar with the concept.

Well, I have been dysfunctional. In this regard. All my life. I'd rather do things that are instant gratification. I have never been a long term planner.

Eisenhour had a famous priority scheme, and there's others too. I have looked into all that. Ad nasueam.

It really does suck, when you have a good IQ, (theoretically I could do anything I applied myself to do.) Yet no work ethic. It's kind of a cerebral bottleneck. :( :|

When I worked, I bullet journaled, daily. It’s a great system. I’m trying to become more self sufficient and reduce the to-do lists. When I work now, I just keep a notes journal on the iphone. It has all the important tasks, phone nos, and codes required for memory, etc.
