I love your new avatar. ;)

thanks! i had makeup on for a change so i thought it was time for a narcissistic photo shoot.

i love it too! here will do for saying so

thanks OSB! i like to joke that i've taken more self-portraits than any other kind of pictures with my new camera. it's not actually true but sometimes it feels that way. in a bigger version you can see the colour of my eyes, but i don't think it's noticeable in that tiny avatar.

Dear world,

I like you. You've got a lot of great qualities and I find you quite interesting. However, you've got some major flaws you need to work on. Ignoring them won't make them go away, trust me.

Just something to think about.

Sincerely,
TeaEarlGreyHot

hey thanks! it was hard to keep my eyes open with the flash so i did a trick from one of the Next Top Model series. if you keep your eyes closed then pop them open just as the flash is going off, your eyes will be wide instead of half-closed from the bright light. i didn't think it would work but it actually did, and the timing was easier than i expected. i was happy about the sparkles too!! !!

i thought i remembered you mentioning that. there are a few of us with the central heterochromia on here - i think MXH has it too, if i am remembering correctly. the phrase makes it sound like a disease.

You sick hetero's, you bet it's a disease! I can't believe you'd flaunt your sickness, as if it's something to be proud of. Get your unbalanced views (cwotididthar?) off my internets!

Also, World, I'm so, so sorry. We'll leave soon, I promise.

Is that when there are two colours in an iris? I have a brown middle with a green outer bit. I thought that was just called hazel though?
