No, and neither should Mac people. Yeah, life would be easier to use, but there would only be one way to use it - NT.

Nobody should be able to control anybody's life.

Are you kidding? Macs are the only computers that give you a choice whether to run Windows or Apple OS.

Supposedly Macs can run Windows faster than any PC.

I think they should move to Idaho or the ukraine with the rest of their euphemistic counterparts where they can not offend each other together.

Neither of the above statements is true. Just because it's on a TV commercial (most of the others in that series are blatant lies as well) doesn't make it true.

How can you say that, when in this post, http://www.wrongplanet.net/postxf50198-0-15.html, you said "Ideally, smoking should be banned outright."? :D

Smoking harms children, and I don't think that people have the common sense not to smoke near children. It'd be better for everyone in the long term if smoking was banned.

It's not PC, it's common sense that it should be made illegal. It's disgusting and harms everyone.

OK, let's hear from the rest of you on this: Is Anubis right that it's common sense that smoking should be banned, or am I right that he's being PC and butting into other people's lives? (almost worth a separate poll  )

Hitler was an artsy vegetarian animal rights nut who hated smoking, loved alternative medicine, banned animal testing, commissioned the "people's car" aka Volkswagen and national parks, and was the leader of the National Socialist German Worker's Party.

If you don't like something, stick a gun in people's faces, just like Hitler. The world needs more ditches full of dead minorities anyways, livens the place up.

Smoking should not be banned.

That said, people should be given the right to ban people from doing that activity on their premises. Also on a first come first serve basis. I.E. if you were sitting on a park bench and someone comes sit down next to you and light up... if you ask them to stop or go elsewhere they should go elsewhere.

But that is common courtesy. Something smokers seem to lack in a lot of personal experience.

That said, it's a free country, people should be able to do what they want as long as it can be curtailed when it affects others.

And I agree... banning smoking is PC.
