Age,
click on any of the areas in england she's going to here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/weather/s ... ry=england
looks like the bbc do it up till sunday.

is quite easy to guess anyway,it usually goes from sun and heat to wind and rain, not often extremes of either though this week has been feel-sick-hot.

Probably hot, sticky, and stormy. Think we're supposed to be having it for a while.

Maybe it's just the areas I've been....

but most of the houses (and even businesses) seem not to have fans/air conditioning. The past week has been treacherous (temperature-wise) for someone who is used to having fans and maybe even AC when it's above 70F.

Might just be a NEW England (US) to an Eastern Coast England (UK) thing though...?

It's true that most houses over here don't have any Air Conditioning. Probably wouldn't pay for itself for a number of years as our weather is very varied and our summers sometimes only last a matter of weeks!
