i recently found this and realised how helpful it could be to some of us.

It's clothing that has sensors in it, allowing it to link up to a pc and track your body position perfectly. It can teach things like yoga and i guess it will end being able to teach things like karate too.

I know this will be useful to people here. I signed up to their mailing list on their main site and am following them on facebook too.

Thanks for posting about the Heddoko clothing+sensors. :) I like to work out, but tend to hurt myself without realizing I'm even doing it. This tech could help, if it could be programmed to recognize imbalance or overextension, etc. I'd be fascinated to just see a 3D representation of my movements. Maybe I could have saved my L5-S1 disk, haha. I wonder how other autistic folks are with their body-sense...

My son has dyspraxia-which, as the people connected to this forum would probably know- is difficulty in motor control. These garments seem like a cool way of helping monitor his posture and balance. Rebecca School students (where he studies) would probably be ecstatic if their sports department got these!
