What Does Neurotypical Society Want From Us?
I know that for worse or worse, autistic people are viewed as a threat to neurotypical western society, but do you think neurotypical society would rather have us integrate into the system by learning neurotypical traits until we all become more like them and less like us, or marginalize us out of the system entirely so God forbid they don't have to put up with us anymore? Or are they so f*****g ignorant of us that they don't even know what the hell they want from us? I don't even know.

Based on the OP's premise, it doesn't make sense.
1.) The NT society is ignorant of Autism
2.) The NT society sees Autism as a threat
Those two alone are mutually exclusive.
I know that number one was a question in thought, but it does illustrate how the two cannot be at the same time.
I personally think they are ignorant. I know until a short while ago, I thought I was NT. Just a total screwup, but NT, none-the-less.
I would go with ignorance.

I don't think society wants anything from autistic people that's any different from what's expected of anyone else. However, our ability to meet that expectation may not quite be what was hoped for!

Society fears and feels threatened by those it refuses to understand or accept. Case in point: LGBT people, blacks, Jews, Asians, Latinos, Muslims, atheists, etc.
Normal people lack intellectual curiosity, they aren't interested in the autistic experience.
You can villify them but that won't help you understand them.
There are people who see nts for what they are and exploit their weakness, namely politicians and used car salesmen.
I used to be so angry with normal well adjusted people in the past, but now I know not to expect too much from them.
Just try not to be too cynical.

I agree completely.
All the thousands of scientists, inventors, artists and entrepreneurs whose intellectual curiosity brought ground-breaking contributions to society and who were not on the autistic spectrum are clearly all figments of my imagination...

However, not everybody is afraid of those things. It's a gross generalization to think it's just one way.
I also find it amusing that what you list is the standard 'this is what the white man fears.'
Basically, any militant version of anything you listed will hate, cause war on or distress on another group, or even members of it's own group....
Again, this is just another 'us vs. them' argument. And, anybody who disagrees is 'them.'

In a nutshell - Neurotypicals want you to either conform or live apart (isolated from view)
There's an old Victorian saying that still spoken in conservative households - "Children should be seen and not heard" so autistic people should be seen (conforming to social norms) and not heard.
In my experience, most NTs are completely unaware of the existence of those with high-functioning autism. They are aware of the low-functioning ones, and generally feel sorry for them.
As to what they want from those with high-functioning ASD, I would say that they would be more comfortable if we behaved as they do. They don't generally think of us as autistic, unless they know about Asperger's and other high-functioning ASDs.
They generally seem to think high-functioning autistic people are any variety of these things:
Weird
Shy
Awkward
Geeky
Nerdy
Eccentric
Angry
Depressed
Antisocial
Callous
Mean
Immature
Naive
Unintelligent
Very intelligent
Mentally unbalanced (crazy)
So they seem to feel uncomfortable around those with ASD, and often appear to want to avoid them.

Most NTs don't know about Aspergers, they only know Rainman...

Yes, many of the things on that list would describe how NTs seem to feel about me. I have been called many of those things, also.
