I'm really sorry, Tequila. I know what it's like to have a parent like that. :oops: It can be difficult. But big thumbs up from me here for bypassing her completely like that. Kudos for taking control of the situation.

I'm still getting the paper receipts - I do not believe in the Green God, so I'll know what to do.

It's the logistics of dealing with things like banks and so on that overwhelm me a bit. The often not particularly friendly (and condescending) nature of the people behind the desk doesn't help either.
