Just filled it in. I don't have smell/taste sensory issues so i had to constantly fill in never on all questions about those 2. I don't think leaving them blank on all the other questions was an option?

just completed the survey. sound is by far my biggest irritant, though light and heat are close seconds. would heat fall under "touch"? I'm pretty much never too cold.

Hey, me too. And anything that is bright (bright sunny days, monitors, cellphone, etc). Touch, I assumed it was when people touch me? I'm also very sensitive to heat/cold, my body temperature would adjust to the environment's temperature easily (sort of like lizards, haha).
