did you attack people,when younger
When I was about 7-8 I used to sometimes squeeze other children's arms (children who I got close friends with for a while), until they went ''ow''. I don't know why I did that, but I grew out of it. I just found it cute when they went ''ow'', which I think was why I did it.
I lashed out at a boy from my school when I was 15, when I was walking home from school, because he was right behind me and I'm sure he kept on touching my bum. So I suddenly grabbed him and sort of beat him up, although I knew I didn't hurt him, but he was just shocked because he wasn't expecting me to do that. I don't think I would have lashed out like that if I wasn't under a lot of stress. At the time, I had a lot of exams to study for, had a lot of coursework to catch up on, my parents had split up and my mum was worrying about money and stuff, and my ''friends'' were being really mean to me in school and wouldn't let me talk to anyone about it, and I couldn't turn to my mum because she had enough stress to deal with, so I just tried to sort out everything on my own, and it all got too much for me. And the last thing I wanted was some boy I didn't even know to keep sexually harassing me on my way home from school, and I just lost it.
But that's it, I was never a violent child otherwise.

Same here, I got hit by others, usually. Including adults. So much for "it's an adult's responsibility to protect a child", huh?
I used to hit my sister on occasion, but she hits back, so I think we're even on that score. ![]()

I also realised I didn't have many tantrums, if any at all, according to both of my parents. I also feel little anger and if I do I control it well, I guess I'm very non-violent. Perhaps it's related to temperament or 'natural hormonal aggression' or something like that.
