From my new favorite, a dream-based comic strip called Slow Wave:

Kudos for the mention of THAT one, though!

This one could have been written about me:

And the self-image aftermath:

And here is my very own crowning achievement in making a strip which is horrible in as many ways as possible:

This was once my avatar until someone told me that it was too big.

Glad I could still share it in this thread though.

I've loved the "Boondocks" since their first strip. They're so outrageous I'm surprised no newspaper has banned it yet.

My local paper dropped the Boondocks, as have many, many other papers. I'm not sure that's the same as " banning " it ( not sure what you mean there ), but Aaron McGruder does antagonize his fair share of people.

That said, I think the Boondocks is the best comic strip out there, and is not only relevant, but also hilarious. :)

I've tried to post a copy of an Andy Capp Comic Strip, but I couldn't.

I can't stand the comics that usually end up in the paper. They often try to be cute, quaint, perhaps boring--anything but funny.

I do enjoy some of the syndicated comics like Bizarro, Non Sequitur, and Get Fuzzy.

Plus there is always...

My favorite comic is Mutts

I have a dog just like Woofie and another dog just like Earl

I also love Boondocks, and Bloom County. Bloom County is an old strip...it's current incarnation "Opus" is just a less inspired recycling of old Bloom County jokes.

I love the comic strip Unshelved. It takes place in a library, and the main character's name is Dewey.
