Isn't that what housing projects were 'supposed' to be? Oh yeah, but without any birth control available. (Back in the 50's and 60's)

One of my favorite photographers, Jacob Holdt, a Danish hitchiker in America back in the 70's, has a massive archive of images, titled, American Pictures with a homeless gallery that can be found here. Link. I'm currently working on a photo project of the Richmond working class and others who ride the public transportation system because the city is putting pressure on to reroute it, due to the lack of development surrounding the main connection stops. My project is nothing in size compared to what Jacob did.
