Are you ok (or ok-ish) with eye contact?

I like looking at peoples faces and what they have on but I have a hard time with it when I feel uncomfortable and when it's demanded.

Nope.
I rarely make eye contact with people. I hate when people try to force me to look them in the eye. >_<

I look my dog in the eyes more than anybody else.

I like to think most nts dont notice. I do think they would think I was odd or rude without knowing exactly why.

I'm NT, don't look in people's eyes, and they don't notice. I tested it on my family and friends. I look at their mouth or stare at an object in the distance most of the time.

Typically, I will glance (albeit very briefly) at a stranger’s face. But only from afar. If it’s a very pretty woman, I may stare. If she looks back, I will turn away (as I would be uncertain what to do or say). As a note, I like looking at pretty things. It does not need to be a person. I also stare at pretty things in nature or pretty architecture or pretty paintings or ...

These days it comes and it goes. Usually I'm nervous about looking people in the eye, can't even do it when I have to explain things but I have the odd occasion when I can make contact. When I'm hyper I look people in the eyes more, but I might be so hyper that I'm barely able to look at anything.

The NTs I tested can't tell me eggsplicitly and accurately which part of their face I am looking at when I am looking at their face. I can tell where they are looking on my face better than they can tell where I'm looking on their face. But their brains probably react differently depending on which part of their face you're looking at, so even if they can't report correctly when tested on purpose, their brains are still socially reacting to you and your social differences in all interactions, dun dun dun!
