Why do you feel an aversion to faces/eyes?

Eye contact makes me very uncomfortable, even if I know the person quite well. Some people understand this but many people don't. Lack of eye contact is a big problem in job interviews. I've read and heard that lack of eye contact indicates deciet and disintrest, which is a very bad thing when it comes to job interviews.

I don't like people staring into my soul, thank you very much. But if i trust a person enough, it's fine to look directly at them.

It's interesting that you made this topic and you still have one of the most intimidating face avatars I have ever seen. It scares me, I cannot look at it, it gives me a shock.
