I can only go back and forth when I have a disagreement with someone. Otherwise, I just get bored after a few posts. I know it sounds terrible, but it's the truth.

Speaking of reciprocity... I have noticed that when two people online get into a long debate with each other, I quickly lose interest in what they're saying, and just skip to the next post that is only a new "I think..." post.
That is if they are debating something. I wonder if anyone else lack the interest for it?

In chat threads like "Last person to post wins" however I like a bit of back and forth.

What I find funny is that, in chat threads on other, more 'NT' message boards, I'm the life of the party, wheras in the chat threads here on WP I can barely manage to elicit responses, or carry a conversation for more than 3 posts.
