I'm having trouble understanding this question.
But then, I see the externally percieved world to only exist only in the mind of the viewer. A different person (if other people even do exist, which to be fair is pretty likely but that's getting into something else) holds a different, however similar world in their own mind.
I'm also not entirely sure what you mean by internalized world. If you mean as a sort of fantasy world one has constructed with their own mind, to me even that would be in large amounts based on their perceptions. I don't really have one save for when I am creating fiction (and there I have many)
Then again, the fact that I may not have one of these internalized world things seems to imply strongly to the percieved world option.
Or is this a trick question?
