Sometimes, i face away from people when talking

when i face away from people when talking to them, ill make a facial expression intentionally that corresponds with a story, and forget that they cant see that expression, so it ends up a with a one sided story, does anyone else do this?

I purposely face away, or position myself to the side of the other person to avoid the expectation of eye contact.
