being bad today

so today i broke a caclaor and garbed a teacher 3 times :( .

just say today was complex.

i just do not know ware to start.

Today is a bad day for me too. I apparently insulted and offended a member of a site I moderate, so the admins gave me a 24 hour ban. I still don't understand what I did wrong, just have to go with it. :'( :( :pale:

Sorry people are having a bad day.

My day has been okay, except for offending people as usual. Also, my benefits have been stopped and I ruined my attempt at quitting smoking as was stressed about that.

I feel like a living corpse today (very exhausted, napped just now and feeling a bit better) and my mood is somewhat grumpy too - no idea why. I've also been very unproductive because of that and had a headache - probably because of noise.
Though could be I caught some virus, the next days will tell.

Had a bad day myself. Planned to do stuff earlier in the week, crippling anxiety preventing me from doing so. Really disappointed in myself i did not do what i planned. Felt guilt, frustration, felt like a failure. Been depressed about it all day, it feels like self pity i know but i am so sick and tired of my anxiety dictating that i don't have a life.

I got all my bad days out of the way at the start of the week. Unfortunately one of those bad days included someone trying to interview me for some company promo thing. I notice in the version I have seen so far, I wasn't actually in it. I guess it went *that* well.
