highlight the sentences that's true for me..?

i recently got this workbook called "autism... what does it mean to me?"
and the sentences and highlighting part is the best way for me to get things out that i cant put words to. but there isnt enough of them there..
im wondering two things.
1-what are these sentences called?
2-is there any place that has a good amount of them? like a website or something?

I don't think they have a name, except maybe "checklist items."
