Potassium makes me talk more, not sure if it's good or bad

I beileve I have Hypokalemic sensory overstimulation

So someone told me today that I have been talking far more in the past few days. I think the potassium gives me more energy, which makes me talk more. However, he also said I was annoying him, so I will have to learn to moderate my speech.

Whether you talking more is good or bad, I guess that depends on whom you are talking to. But as far as how you feel about that, only you can answer that. If you want to be sensitive to the person who might be a little overwhelmed with your extra speech, then out of compassion for that person you can try to moderate your speech when you are with him. But you can also probably find people who like to talk about the subjects you like to talk about and would welcome more speech from you about them. So it really depends on how much you are actually speaking. That one particular person might just be sensitive to speech as well or it might be true that you are speaking A LOT! But we can't really tell without knowing you. I am sensitive to speech so I can overwhelmed by it easily.

Now if you going on and on and just monologuing nonstop without anyone else ever being able to get a word in, than I would definitely advise that you practice monitoring speech. I actually know someone who's kid talks incessantly. There is nothing wrong with him, he just really loves to talk. He even answers his own questions. He even spent a couple of weeks with a family who did not speak the same language that he did. But this kid talked so much that when his parents picked him up after those two weeks and asked him how he got along with people of a different language who did not speak or understand his own, he said that he had never even noticed that they spoke a different language than he did.

I take a potassium supplement & the only affect I got from it was that I quit waking up with leg cramps.
