Get most mad at people/situ for reasons you don't understand

If people do something that upsets you, do you often find it is bluring times they do something under s reason you don't understsnd? And if you did understand you wouldn't be nearly as upset? For example when someone does something mean to you, and you feel upset, do you feel like 90% of your upset goes towards not knowing why they did that and the other 10% goes towards them actually being offended by them doing it? That's like that with me s lot. It's like the other 90% of not knowing why make me 100% offended of why they did it but if I knew why they did it then I would only be 10% offended. For example when I'm stuck in traffic I get very irritated by the traffic but i feel like if I knew why the traffic is like this such as construction in a specific area down the road then I would be 90% less irritated waiting in it.
