Hard of breathing and heart races, until I lie on my side.

I don't always know when to stop.

Weirdly enough, my hips will start to ache. I'm only 26, I'm pretty sure I don't have arthritis or anything like that, and they'll hurt even if I haven't been on my feet

When I'm tired I sometimes feel nauseous and/or slightly lightheaded. It's pretty unpleasant.

Slight dizzyness, headache or light pains firing off randomely in my body. That´s body-talk.

I have no idea if it's the Aspergers, or Insomnia, Chronic Fatigue, sitting still too much during the day, lethargy, lethargy from too much screen time, a normal migraine/headache, heat stroke (live in a hot place), a combination of a few, some, or all of these things, but by the afternoon I feel moderately (but not severely or mildly) sick and weak. Mainly nausea and headaches and fatigue so I lie down on the living room couch (my room is one of the hottest in the entire house) and watch tv and chill on my phone.
