Annoyed and other people's sounds

Recently I've started getting annoyed with some things that havn't bothered me before. Examples of this is my mother helping me with school work; her tips seem pretty useless and she does it slowly.
I know that i should feel thankful that she is helping me, but I cant help but to feel annoyed when it isnt communicated to me in an efficient and fast way.
Can others relate?
