20 years since diagnosis

It will be 20 years in November since I found out I was disgnosed with Asperger. Wonder what I should do to celebrate! (Joke!)

The question I have about this is How Much has been researched in the last 20 years? I know some attitudes and some understanding has improved now compared to then. But how much change has there been in developing research.
