Struggling to follow moving objects or people?

This is a question on a sensory processing challenge sheet I've been given. I don't think I'm anywhere near the world's best at it, but am not sure I could count as 'struggling' with it. Ideally I need a way to evaluate whether I'm just mediocre at it ,or I have real difficulty with it. Suggestions welcomed.
