Last year while going through medical issues that are now behind me, I found Qi gong. It is a form of moving meditation. I find it perfectly made for someone with autism, as it relaxes the sympathetic nervous system to help calm you. It is also as easy to do as walking, maybe easier.

After 8 1/2 months I am losing weight, nearly skinny again. I breathe better than I have in ages and I don't need my anxiety medication anymore.

I am calmer due to the qi gong, but with all that is going on in the world, my sensitivities have been heightened. I have to dim my lights just to live with it sometimes. My sense of touch some days has me dreading the water in my tub as it feels "annoying". My skin feels more sensitive. It is odd. Never been like this before. I am working on it though. Taking steps to rest when needed so I don't overload my senses and shut down.

I just thought I would post this as I know we are all going through a lot right now, and maybe this might help others here as well.

Take care, Road Ratt

Here is a video, in case you want to check it out for yourself.
