Does an individual speaking in different languages actually have get different personalities and mindsets?

I'm coping with a lot of unwanted things that isn't autism for a long time.
And people around me just either assumes it's autism or it's natural because I grew up with it so nevermind helping me to get treated or something. Stupid, stupid. No wonder why I don't communicate enough, eh?
