Foot tapping to people talking

Not sure if this is just me or an asd trait, but I'm just wondering if anyone else does this (please don't think I'm weird for doing it).
When people talk, I toe tap/scrunch my toes up to the words they say (so one tap for 1 word) and also to the way they speak I will do it. It's really strange and if I miss it i have to repeat the whole sentence to do it. It's so tiring. It also to songs, too. I remember since I was about 8 I used to do the same things but with my leg muscles and contracting them, I still do this occasionally. Does anyone else do this?
