Are you an internet white knight galloping to the rescue of damsels in distress in the hope of getting a bit?
Hope the ladies in question have poor eyesight and no sense of smell.
You sad degenerate, shame on you.

Oh my gosh your right I was just trying to get some sex appeal and after-all it has to do with my own reproductive premise!

Your a genius!

Now I am exiting the topic because you got me all figured out so I should go shy away and hope I don't get any emails and phone calls about this topic. I am so ashamed, so ashamed because you nabbed me in the act of manly reproach!

Wondering when this post will be locked..

Why don’t you make your identity known on your website?

Your set up would raise a lot of questions if you were based in the UK or Australia as I can not locate the following on your website:
• details disclosed of location or names of board members or directors.
• Evidence of incorporation
• evidence of official endorsement as a charity or NFP.
• copies of annual reports showing how funds raised have been disbursed.

I don’t know much about US charities legislation but it looks funny to me.

Call the FBI. It's sole ownership is me for now and spends all funds including what I give to it freely for the cause. I have a CPA firm and all documents are given to agencies that handle my needs. I don't make a dime and have worked 5 years for free. With regards to becoming a non-profit estimates range in the $10,000 range. That's how much I make a year so I need to eat. Then comes the problem of people voting to create job functions making way to much money as commonly found in non-profit organizations and people complain about. I will formulate a non-profit when I feel like it and not when some person online tells me to.

I'm not bothered but I think that you should disclose of your website:

A) That you are sole prprietor of a candle selling business.

Do you pay your disabled workers minimum wage and are you compliant with all legislation?

No I pay them 0.01 an hour and sometimes ask them for money to work for me. They make min wage + an hour.

Nope I will not make clear I am solely a candle making business because it is not. It is and has always been an advocacy platform of innovative cause. The scope of which far exceeds that of candle making jobs and it is not important if I am a sole owner or not. It would matter if I claimed to be a business type that I am not. However it is non-profit focused as policy is I cannot even get paid. when I do I will make no more per hour then other disabled employees making candles, lotions, bath salts, jewelry, shampoo and so on and so on along with transitional employment inclusion.

Simply not motivated by money for my use in this purpose as it would be considered to me selfish to want to fill my pockets.

Why don't you disclose this in an annual report then.

You are using the fact that your workers are disabled to generate business.

I understand you are also getting wages subsidies under the Lanternman Act.

Is this correct?

Why don't you disclose this in an annual report then.

Talk to mainstream media, get their attention and then I will pay my CPA to construct it but until then you give me the $60 - $70 an hour for them to lift a finger. Local media has been offered it and they have not requested it.

You are using the fact that your workers are disabled to generate business.

The business was originally projected as an individual with autisms customized employment as I was being serviced by an agency that helped me start it. However I deemed that kind of selfish. So I pay other people.

I understand you are also getting wages subsidies under the Lanternman Act.

No subsidized wages. I pay an agency to make products under my guidance. However it will soon become an agency itself and I have obtained an experience day employment program director for it. I am covered under the Lanterman Act.

Is this correct?

Technically no these are unusual circumstances.

Mr. Dude. When it comes to disabilities people have grammar dysfunction and so on. What I've been saying is you need to learn a bit of respect. You pretend not to understand because you want to make me feel inferior. You want to make sure I get it good and clear that you are better with grammar. It's a little psychological circle (cycle) that manifest in your behavior. So let me go ahead and give you your brownie button and say "good job your better at grammar then me". There ya go.

Mate

I do not like you but you have given me no indication that you are less than honest.

Therefore, I strongly suggest that you clarify your legal position with respect to marketing your business as a social enterprise whilst operating as a sole proprietor.

I have never come across such a situation and, in my view, this situation has significant potential to become a recipe for diaster. Paticularly as I understand California is a litigious place.

In my view you have a plethora of corporate governance issues that require urgent attention.

Good luck.

I am sure with all the other foul you have screamed to get attention in this post and motivate the reaction of participants including mine you are definitely speaking seriously now. A sole ownership need not state that however it is my understanding a corporation must along with other rules. Participants have rights, affiliated organizations of their own rights and responsibilities and I have a CPA helping. The business is simply in a slow transition and will become all I want it to become. It is a disability (developmental) minority owned and employment benefiting business. There are no special rules for other minorities to hire members of their own group and even benefit non-minorities to help. I also do have a protection and advocacy attorney at my disposal paid for by California Tax dollars if I ever need him whom I've talked to about what I do. I also am retaining a business and civil rights lawyer upon the inception of the vendorship as a government contracted agency.
