I really want to do body weight exercises but I can't because I'm too stuck on the fact that I don't have access to a pullup bar or similar alternative. Plus the fact that I might not do good pullups. My parents are bothered by this. I really hate this most about being an aspie. You get lost and stuck in your pursuits and it makes me angry. I wish I was reborn already as a new person. It sucks.

There are pullup bars that fit in doorways. You may want to explore this option. I have seen at Walmart all sorts of workout equipment that you can use at home. Due to the cost of gym memberships, many people like to excercise at home. Do you have one of those running trails nearby that has the workout stations at different intervals?

There are a lot of weight training exercises you can do with just your own body weight. Don't get stuck waiting for the perfect equipment. Google a workout regimen without weights.
