Thank you for sharing Nick! I'm sorry to hear what your girlfriend experienced! It's very hard to want to come back to the ER when you have a bad experience. I'm sorry to hear about your bad back pain! Back pain is hard to manage and can give alot of anxiety. I hope you are able to get treatment ok at the ER and feel free to post your experience :) I hope everything goes ok!
My pain was still doing better on Tuesday. I still had some but I still had the improvement I noticed on Monday so I decided not to bother with the ER. Cass's kidney ultrasound went OK but we don't know the results. My back pain is still improving some & I quit taking a couple of the pain meds I was taking after it started getting bad. I used to do some back exercises that I should start doing again but just thinking about doing them when my back is a tad sore makes it hurt worse. Maybe later today or tomorrow I'll try starting the habit again but start very little at first. I should probably talk to my GP about getting a referral &/or getting some scans done but I don't have an appointment lined up with him. He's Cass's GP as well & she has an appointment lined up at the end of the month so while I'm there I'll schedule an appointment for me unless my back pain starts getting worse before then. Thanx for your support :D
