Do you know how can I improve my writing skills? Where can I get feedback? I want something like code review but for natural language

The very best advice I can give is two things suggested by everyone from William Faulkner to Stephen King, and which has helped me tremendously:
1) Read. A lot. Read to see how other writers do it. Faulkner said to even read both classics and trash so you can tell the difference.
2) Write. Nothing gets better unless you do it a lot.

Write. Read Stephen King's On Writing. Ursula K. Le Guin's Steering the Craft.
Maybe sign up for a course if you can afford to get feedback. Read a lot of short stories from different authors and genres to see what you like.
