In need of song ideas

So I'm in a band and it's just me who plays guitar and a girl who plays bass. We really need a song to play that would be good for a bassist and guitarist to play together. Any suggestions?

It's hard to say without having heard how you play...

One way to decide would be to list all the bands, artists and songs you like. Get her to do the same, and see if there's any overlap between the two lists. Chances are there'll be something that suits both your styles in there.
