Yes, I would never ever date a real life soldier. I'm not dating a guy who enjoys even simulated violence. It also disgusts me.

Just because a game has good storyline and puzzle elements doesn't mean I'm going to suffer the disgusting elements.

I would date someone who played simulated battle type games but then I would date a soldier in real life.

My parents are hippies. Like proper hippies. I grew up in a peace bubble. With psychedelic rock and joss sticks.

I don't think a soldier dude would want me anyhoo

Btw, PUBG and Fortnite on smartphone are VERY popular among teen girls and young women - and they’re both violent shooting games.

I hated both games.

My Dad was in the Green Howards. He's always been a liberal and a feminist. Parents are odd :D

Yeah, they're not my cup of tea either. I prefer puzzle, point and click and strategy building games. I loved the Tycoon games, Zoo tycoon was my favourite. I might look up that Ark game sly suggested.

Oh lol, I just looked it up and it's part of another game.

Yes but how many non women game players do?

Men who have no interest in video games probably aren't going to seek out women who play video games either. Gamers tend to be seek other gamers. Non-gamers tend to seek non-gamers.

I would not, considering that I am a heterosexual man.

This is bullock, sorry, I knew a lot of couples where one of them is a gamer (typically the men into PS4 and PCs, but also many women are very into facebook games while their men aren't gamers at all).

In real life, this requirement doesn't even come to the minds of people when dating. As long it's not an addiction it's no problem.

My GF dated an Aspie who played video games - me. It's how we met she came over to mine for a Tony Hawk session ( not an euphemism )

I would find dating really difficult in the first place so it would be a relief to play games as a way to break the ice. I think it is one of the things that make conversations a bit easier for me. Not just for dating but any kind of socialization.

I've married a man who keeps quite a sophisticated PC setup for video games.
I'm much more into Sokoban-like minimalist puzzles.
No problem at all about it.

If you like puzzle and strategy building games there's a few I could suggest to you Hurtloam such as Factorio or Planet Centauri.

Yes, if he was a casual player who worked and did other things most of the time, like myself.

I play for a few hours each night if a game I like is out, otherwise a few hours once a week.

I wouldn’t date someone unemployed who plays games all day, no. But that’s more about the person, not the video games.

Ark is it’s own game, but you have to hunt and kill animals for food and to feed yiur animals. They make sad sounds when they did and look bloody. Cycle of life. You could just do berry animals I guess but you’ll be attacked by predators.
It’s ark survival evolved. I enjoy building and raising animals.
