Exactly what I have been saying but I don't think any of them was feeling guilty, the married felt "guilty" because she was caught by Shau and his reaction scared her (ie. omg he's gonna tell hubby!).

I am glad to see another female user who's not throwing all the blame on the guys.

Yeah finally, some real equality for a change.

I wonder if the white knights have anything to say now, since they always crop up when it is time to defend the "weaklings". Cause that is all they are really proving.

Don't get me wrong, if they were like "I know what I'm getting into and I'm enjoying it", then I'd be like, "you go girl".
The pretending part and them trying to impose their responsibility on others (i.e. the OP) I'd have problem with.
If they were actually naive and inexperienced, I'd tell them "Those guys are trying to get in your pants, proceed with caution, you've been warned, you're a grown woman, be responsible for your own actions."

Do you honestly think this applies to them in this case. A married woman? haha :P

^ Which part? Them being naive and inexperienced? I was just talking about in general or had they been one of my friends, not specifically in the OP's case.

As for fooling around with other men/women while being married, I didn't do it when I was married but I don't judge others for it.

Wait, I do judge them, I just don't give a s**t if they do.

I think that starts to make some serious headway into the "rape" end of that spectrum.

The line between rape and non rape is so thin its might as well be made of air which is why feminists say we live in a rape culture. Women I have encountered a large number of women who have rape fantasies and that is big problem with western women that you damn near have to rape a woman to have sex with them consensual now. People wonder what has happened to the decent men now they turned into borderline rapist because that is what women want in western cultures. Because a large number of men aren't men anymore women are desperate for a man who knows he is a man and takes what he wants. Since the line is so thin though many people will cross the line because that is what women want and being able to know what is rape and not rape is very hard when women have blurred the line as bad as it is now.

The only situation I can see in Shau's story that the woman got turned on by this guy.
and she went for him.

So if your gf cheats on you and then tells you "sorry he was so smooth talker and the situation and ambiance made me to sit on his lap and my hand in his pants" would that make the cheat ok?

Leafplant claims that society is responsible for that, do American parents applause if some someone kisses forcefully their daughter and touches her boobs in front of them and would they punish her and call her rude if she slaps him? I think not.

Does Leafplant really claim that? Let's take this to the European court of human rights and debate it there.

Your insistence of twisting the words of everyone around to suit your point is quite despicable.

Leafplant made her point - which was to say that it is impossible to be sure what the situation and feelings and intents of people were based on an observation of third party given in a short paragraph on the internet.

In Shau's story there were at least three women. Which one are you referring to?

I twisted no words, you were clearly justifiying this woman's actions in the previous posts by blaming how society raises girls, you weren't talking about the situation pressure then, you were saying that usually it's impossible for women to push away such PUAs (guys who put their hands on legs at first meet up) because "others" would label them bitchy and rude (??!).

KJAS, who are those others?? who are "they"?? You still avoided to answer that.

YOU WERE TWISTING WORDS and you are doing it now again. You are CHOOSING to read my post as justification for that particular woman's action when I have repeatedly said that there is no way to know what REALLY went on from the OPs description. Everyone is just conjecturing left right and centre, and you will not ever hear me fighting to justify something I have openly admitted I don't know enough about.

What I WAS doing is giving another perspective for consideration. It would be grand if you didn't keep making it into something else.

EDIT: I am also dismayed that nobody is giving enough attention to the cultural differences. Maybe none of you ever left your back yard so don't know how living is in other parts of the word, but it does differ. Expectations differ and behaviours differ. I am not saying one thing or another about the the issue form OP post, I'm just reminding everyone to allow themselves to think critically.

EDIT: read about thinking critically Thinking Critically wiki clicky in case someone is tempted to interpret that to mean they should criticize everything

Sorry you had to find out this way that racism is rife in the world. More to the point, why are we not taking issue with Shau for exploiting this fact- he was boasting about how well he was doing as a white man in a culture where paler skin is seen as superior. That's supporting racism the last time I looked. :x

Ok, maybe if she's married, I'm not going to encourage it but if she's willing to admit that she is that kind of person and ready to take responsibility for her actions, I'd respect that and not going out of my way to stop her.

I can't stand the "Oh this guy is hitting on me, I don't know what to do. Could you rescue me if things gets out of hand?" BS that some people try to pull. If you're enjoying it, admit it and enjoy it. Otherwise just remove yourself from the situation.

I totally agree, saying otherwise would be totally insulting for the entire female gender, women can decide for themselves like men.

I agree that the OP shouldn't care, he is projecting this woman's infidelity on his gf - and that would lead nothing but to mess.

There was a study showed that only the group of male rapists get aroused over hearing certain recordings (I forgot what were those but I guess descriptions of rape cases), while the other group of men didn't.

That indicates that being rapist is a deep mental/psychologist condition (could be innate or developed or both), not everyone can get aroused while assaulting over someone being assaulted, he/she needs a certain messed psych and criminal mind to be abled to get an erection/arousal at that moment- it has nothing to do with how women function is some culture because it exists even in the most conservative cultures. So don't mix separate issues, like pua and rape altogether and the line is never thin at all. It's like saying the line between pedo and not pedo is thin.

It's not BS, it's their experience and they have the right to be clueless. I say this as someone who for years went around saying exactly the same thing as you because I was brave and always stood up for myself. Then i found myself in a situation which is too private to go through which sort of changed my mind about this because sometimes (I am not saying THIS situation is like that), but sometimes, things are complicated and not black and white. Besides, it's simply unrealistic to expect all people everywhere to adhere to the same set of narrow standards.

I have Vitamin D deficiency too and it is very common in the Middle East and Africa, it's funny because those are the sunniest parts of the words but we need longer exposure to sunlight than the Whites in order to generate vit D due to our darker and thicker pigment, our ancestors obviously spent most of their time outdoor and that's why our new western-like lifestyle didn't turn out so friendly for our sunlight needs! The latest religions are to be blamed too.
http://english.alarabiya.net/en/views/n ... radox.html

Swedes don't have much Vitamin D deficiency despite the rarity of sunlight there and the harsh winter weather that forces everyone to stay incave/door; that's due to their light skin being capable to take little sunlight in a very optimized way- ha evolution is fun!

They are not practising voodoo or black magic you know.

If she's really totally incapable, in any shape and form, of saying No or turning them down then this is a rape case.

I am wondering if you are incapable of reading. Who are these guys? If you are still applying what I said to the people in OPs post than you need to re-read all my posts and maybe ask me your question again.

It's BS. If you can read that a guy is hitting on you, you can decide what to do on your own. Don't rely on others to decide it for you. And as I've said in the earlier post, if they are clueless, I would tell them what situation they are in, and let them decide what to do on their own.
I can't comment on your specific situation where you think you shouldn't be held responsible for your action because I don't know the details.

If you happened to be on your own and you're clueless, then it's a different story.
