That won't change my mind. It's not the kissing itself that I dislike, it's the fact that other people are doing it and I have to see it. I'll kiss someone myself, but not in public so everyone else has to watch. I just don't like to have to see things like that. Just like I wouldn't want to see two people having sex in the street.

I think this is part of the communication difficulty in this thread. Not all of us that dislike kissing in public dislike it because we think kissing is gross.

PDA (Public displays of affection) really bother me in certain settings. Resturants? I'm okay with that. I'm too busy stuffing my face with food to care. At home? Eh, I'm used to my parents kissing and whatever. College? This is a place of learning, not a place of grabass. Cut it out and get back to work. On the job? Get back to work. At church? No. Just. No.

Really, with me, it depends on where it's happening. There's socially acceptable places to do it, then there's social places were it's uncalled for, in my opinion.

Effectively, yeah, though I don't find
most people in adult films to be all that
attractive.

I mean, if they're putting on a show
that I WANT to watch, I've got no objection,
otherwise, I'm a bit embarrassed/disgusted.

Would church include funerals? Not sure why, but the thought of PDA occurring at a funeral is delightfully offensive.
