You can only do so much with your body type, all the dieting in the world will not give me a wasp waist or longer legs.I am not built that way.

Just the same way I'm not going to start having 80% of my food intake be supplements and taking illegal growth hormones to reach the body level that schneekugel and others talk about. Not only is it not healthy i don't think it is attractive at all.

^^^I can't stand tight clothes either, sometimes I wear makeup, but it takes awhile to put on,so I mostly don't bother.I am a klutz,so high heels are dangerous for me and I don't want blisters,I love old soft t-shirts and tennis shoes.I hate hairspray and am not going to curl and style my hair, just comb it and let it do what it wants to.

it's not that hard to maintain a fit body without roids...you just need to know ur body. for me, i have an ectomorphic build so i actually get better gains eating dirty foods and stuffing my face. I dont train to be low bf, i train to be big and strong. I dont train for girls but for myself. I am not one of those 300 pound huge gut guys but i am not 10 percent bf....im a mix. I do think girls prefer bigger guys with a little more bf..around 14 percent than the skinny ripped guys.

Relating to the off-topic discussion:
*Both sexes like superstar bodies.
*Both sexes are guilty of pandering to political correctness by saying the opposite.
*It is OKAY to be attracted to those body types. Really, people! Just don't lie about it to make others feel better, and don't say stuff for the sake of sounding nice. I'll openly admit I like the same bodies.
*Because some of us like those body-types (or find them the most ideal) doesn't mean we dislike other body-types.
*Again, honesty is the best policy. We're all adults and hopefully the more emotionally prepared of us will accept we don't all have perfect bodies but that doesn't mean we're not entitled to like them.

Relating to the ACTUAL topic:
*Women and men obviously both make a lot of effort on the physical side of things to look attractive.
*Women however have to go to different lengths to make themselves seem emotionall attractive to a man. A man will want the woman to be interested in what he has to say about his work, his friends etc. and want to see signals of interest, hear certain words.

I'll probably never have a relationship then.

Not necessarily :) a healthy relationship involves mutual interest IMO. It's not about feigning interest, but making it clear when something really does strike as interesting and showing a willingness to listen to others. If you find yourself having to feign interest with someone all the time, they aren't the right person for you. If you are doing this with everyone then yes life will indeed be lonely.

Lol. Because spelling using a touchscreen that gives phantom clicks is the pure evidence of genius.

The same way you don't take steroids yet pretend to know all about them, hypocrisy much?

He lifts, i work on things. Different strokes and stuff.

Because spending another 12 years after high school being trained on the human body and doing a specialty means you don't know s**t. Right. Obviously if you ask your urologist about steroids to pass the time in your prostate exam he won't give you a straight answer. Which is why people that take medical steroids are usually don't not by a primary but rather by a specializing doctor who as the tittle says, specializes in that field. If you can't understand how that system works then i can see why you think you know it all.

Lol, I missed you guys.

what do you work on? you are unemployed, and he has a job.
I've been to many drs who supposedly specialize in this stuff, and they did not know basic info. I've been to endocrinologists(about 8) and i currently see a urologist. Why? I have low testosterone levels....which i think along with my autism are holding me back from finding a gf, and working on getting a job or a master's degree. I have been researching testosterone for the past 5 years since i found out my levels were low. Yesterday i saw an endo and he admitted to me he has no clue what ''hcg'' is...and i needed to see a reproductive endo. So, now being an endo means you only need to know part of endocrinology? seems legit. My dad then asked him questions about his diabetis, and the guy was clueless on that too. The doc had bad answers for other things too, but either way, you are very naive if you think that all drs know what they are saying. There are drs who go to foreign schools which are easy to get into, drs who are not board certified, drs who arent up to date on research, drs who dont keep up with the latest research, and doctors who graduate med school with a low grade point avg. fyi, testosterone issues are not discussed in med school....even steroids aren't.

Umm i was employed since December so Idk what you're on about, ohh right making stuff up thats what you're on about. I take it you've been getting arguing tips from him. The make stuff up and hope he gets defensive tactic is sooooo 2007.

Idk what's worse, that you think low T levels re the cause of so much, or that if you don't trust a doctor you go back to him.

But let's ignore that, let's dig in. Yes being an Endo means you don't now every single detail of that branch. Its why in other fields like obgyn there's multiple subgroups for example prenatal care specialists. Those types of doctors are like comparing a car mechanic to a spark plug technician. Yes the mechanic knows about sparkplugs, but the guy who dedicates himself to such a specialized field is likely to have more information because he doesn't have to worry about things like exhaust or electronics. But this wasn't where you were going with the doctors don't know about supplements thing. You were going in the let's see what muscles weekly has said is this weeks now breakthrough in get rich... err ripped quick scheme. Which I've yet to hear any healthcare professional condone or even take onto themselves.
