Who was it, and what was his issue with married women?
It was a long time ago. The guy would hit on people, abuse and terrify them then hit on them again. Would build up a fantasy about women wanting to date him, and turn into a monster when that fantasy is smashed. This person is actually crazy. Not “crazy” as people throw the term around lightly. Actually seriously mentally sick and dangerous.
Why are they not banned?
