I have tried making the first move with about 40 women, and not one of them was interested in even a correspondence. I guess with the NT ones, they found out I was a full-time college student--and, thus, unemployed.

Are you saying they were more interested in the salary than the man?
You're joking, surely? 8O

A lot of them are. This is the whole reason I limit myself to other Aspies. Aspies are probably less likely to focus on salary. Also, they don't lie or cheat.

from what I have seen, most aspie women are single because they choose to be single. Aspie women tend to be rather desirable. I'd love an aspie girl, but limiting oneself to about .3% of the population doesn't sound like a wise move

I thought most of them were already in relationships.

no you just seem to think that based on this site (which isn't even the only aspie forum on the net )

So what does this mean? They all are either already in relationships or preferring solitude?

no you are being to narrow with your searching
WP isn't the end of the world
and dating just aspies (amongst your other demands) is asinine

I noticed something odd about where I live, for some odd reason, there are nearly twice as many men as women. Yes i am aware that women, as a whole, there are more of them then men. But where I live, there are more guys, alot more. So I'm begining to think, there just aren't that many single women in this city

Try online dating and be open to meeting people in other cities in your home state.

oh I am open to long distance relationships, but I was speaking strictly of my city. Oh well I'll probably move when I'm done with college... and am 25 -_-

news flash-just because like 2% of the entire WP (past and present) population hooked up, doesn't mean its a dating site, and obviously shouldn't mean you should restrict yourself to this forum

That's just about my plan to a T. It might not be when I'm 25 since I'm 24 and in college now but I will move when I'm finished with college. There isn't anything here, financially or relationship wise. I'm thinking of moving to a major city.

You could wait forever and not find one of what you want, yet she could be knocking on your door tomorrow.
Why suffer your self with waiting with wanted expectations, get out and enjoy life, you get more out of it that way.
date and get to know any girl you find your self with or liking, look at each person not as a label, but a unique individual
as each of us truly are, just work on making your life right by caring about your self and go with the flow.

I went on OK Cupid today, and I only saw one NT in my area who had the same interests as me (animated sitcoms), and she would only date guys who were 6' tall (I'm 5'10") and who had college degrees (I don't have one).

Everyone else I came across appeared to be conservative.

The height, education, and income requirements are very common on dating sites. That is what I base my information on NTs on.

I'm with Tim Tex on this one, I used to live in Texas and the dating scene was bad for 5'10" (my height) non-conservative males with no college degrees. I was raised in College Station (about 4hrs away from Tim Tex) and I didn't get much luck with the women there, they wanted to date a corn-fed, truck driving kicker with a southern accent (sometimes a fake one). Tim is just maintaining his integrity (sticking to what he believes in), sure an Aspie girl is difficult to come by, but at least he knows what he wants out of life.
